Estate 1

Estate 1 has an identical floor plan to our other estates and all of the same amenities. Estate 1 has gold-accented décor that adds a modern, playful flair to the space. It is designed for both relaxation and entertaining.

Each bedroom features its own private bathroom for maximum comfort and privacy. The master suite boasts a king bed and a spacious ensuite with a whirlpool tub, separate shower and double vanities. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with sensational lake views from the attached balcony, while the third bedroom offers another king bed and smart TV.

The well-appointed kitchen features a large wraparound bar, ideal for gathering with friends and family, and flows seamlessly into the dining area with seating for six. A spacious sectional in the main living area invites you to unwind while taking in the breathtaking scenery.

Enjoy the large balcony off the living area with comfortable seating perfect for sipping coffee at sunrise or enjoying sunset cocktails. A private stairway leads directly from the unit down to the boat dock, making lake days effortless.

Like all the estates, it is equipped with washer dryer, electric range with oven and microwave, wine fridge, trash compactor, disposal, full sized fridge, and dishwasher.
