    Use of a boat slip in the Lands of Pickwick private and secure Marina accessible directly from your Estate via stairs or a 2 minute drive down the street is included with your stay. This makes getting on and off the water effortless and convenient. Electric & water are provided at each boat slip. Guests may park trailers at the Marina during their stay.

    The Estates are in a gated community that includes the 6 Estates only. There is a family friendly private swimming pool on site for guest use. There are propane BBQ grills, fire pit tables, corn hole, and bathroom/change room in the pool area, great for group gatherings and family fun.
